CL Series Horizontal Sand Filter

Horizontal sand filters are made of reinforced with fiberglass:they are totally anticorrosive,and have high mechanical,chemical and thermal resistance . Higher quality water is achieved with their greater filtering capacity.Indexes of turbidity and contaminants of the filtered water are reduced due to their increased retention capacity.The time between backwashes increase proportionally with the height of the filter bed,meaning there are fewer interruptions in filtration,and lower water consumption, because the number of backwashes needed is decreased and there is less erosion of the filtering material.A horizontal ilter is the ideal choice in cases where great volume of ater need to be treated,and in cases which require ptimization of the available pace,as a single horizontal ilter can substitute up to 3 vertical filters of the same iameter simply by increasing its length.Horizontal sand filter is used in large size installations,such as commercial and communal swimming pool,aquatic park, aquariums and water treatment.

ATTENTIONS

Turn off the water pump power before convert any function on the multy-valve,the temperature of the circulating water up to 50C (122°F).
Sand filter maximum working pressure:2 .5Kg(250Kpa/36psi/2. 5bar),the maximum pressure test is 4Kg(400Kpa/58psi/4 0bar).Can be produced according to specify different color, different
degree of pressure.The maximum operating temperature is: 50°C (122°F).
The coarse silica sand specification is 0.5mm-0. 8mm,Fine sand specifications is: 1mm-2 mm.
